    … there’s a phrase you don’t hear too much, but when I thought about the Rum Tum Tugger it reminded me to post a piccie of Gillian Lynne, a great choreographer who did the work on ‘Cats’ which I really like. This photo is pretty much current I believe and her age is 82. I know you won’t believe me but it’s true.

    She says her secret is to dance alot, and then, when you think you can’t go on any longer, dance some more. That’s dancing not exercising of course, something emotionally relevant as it were.
