It is known that Yin and Yang in our bodies reaches their maximum and minimum on the certain hours during day. Many taoist’s scripts say that for example our body full of Yang energy at 12 o’clock or at the hour of horse. But I can’t found out what time it is? Is it 12 or 13 o’clock summer time or 11 or 12 o’clock winter or what?
I understand that if we move hour hand back or forward that doesn’t mean that our Yang energy watch a clock and goes stronger accordingly new time

Can anyone explain it to me?
    Thanks!

It refers to solar time – not clock time.

You can determine the solar noon for anyplace in the world at this site:

Click on “data services” and then choose what you want for where.

my english leaves much to be desired!

I mean that from my point of view maximum and minimum levels of energy in our body are not influenced by putting clock forward or back (to the summer or winter time) and so I can not understand what time to use =)

Well, there is the solar time (e.g. solar noon when the sun is highest in the sky) and there is cultural time (e.g. when everyone leaves work for lunch). Both have an energy to them, but they are different energies.

Since the chi clock comes in 2-hour blocks (e.g. 11 am – 1 pm is yang noon) then the change from standard to daylight savings should overlap with those time periods.

But, if you want to fix in with absolute solar noon, that website I suggested will allow you to know when it is solar noon.

I would suggest that you use solar noon for a few days, then on some other days use clock noon. Then, notice what differences you sense.
