woops, forgot the title

thought i discovered a new qigong today. i was doing more improv based on needs communicated to me by the shen. i first started pulling a whole lot of nice cool earth water up from our mother earth, pulling it up the front channel and eventually down the back, circulating the cool qi in a “reverse” orbit. i put “reverse” in quotes due tot he fact that we usually consider the orbit to go up the back and down the fron, but in reality it goes both ways natually. then i worked the fire down the core channel and blended it with the water moving thru the orbit. so fire in the core, water in teh orbit, then i combined the elements in all three channels. the friction between the opposite vertical movements of teh elemnts generated lots of nice yuan qi.

then i decided it would be interesting to try moving the green wood energy up and down the right core channela nd the white metal energy up and down the left core channel and induce a different tyupe of friction to create more yuan qi ala whte tiger gren dragon.

so i moved my left and right hands up down the channels in opposition to each other and in less then a minute i realizewd this was nothing new but a shorter version of michael winn’s practice. i forget which class he teachges it in, but it’s basically rising and falling qi alternating on the right and left sides. this gave me a new insight to the practice and took it to a new level.
