Being a teenager who is practicing retention could be dangerous, no? Without dropping the seed once a week we risk an energy overload? Unless of course we practice full time transforming the jing to chi to shen. No? Retention seems like sucha glorious thing but its really takes a lot of dedication to reach a level of balance with it, which it seems is something rare?

it never hurt me. that i know of. but then i’m crazy!!!!! bwahahahahaha!!!

but seriously, i never experienced problems from it. i was middle disatnce runner and amature actor too so a lot of jing went into training adn creativity. acting was actually pretty spiritual–did a lot of yoga, astral stuff, and ESP development. i didn’t know any actual alchemical practices at the time. just intuitively kept it all in.
